Higher Education Labor United (HELU) urgently seeks temporary staff through the end of December 2023 for the position of Outreach Data and Financial Coordinator. The Outreach Data and Financial Coordinator serves as the lead for the ongoing development and maintenance of our HELU database (currently HubSpot), as well as financial and technical infrastructure needed to support initiatives to increase organizational membership. This position is for 10 - 15 hours per week across these capacities. The rate of pay is $40 per hour. This temporary position will end on December 31, 2023. The possibility of contract extension or renewal will depend on financial capacity and staffing needs. We seek candidates who possess the following professional skills: managing an established HubSpot database; handling website and email communications; gathering financial information and working with colleagues and member organizations to advance organizational financial goals; and the ability to work closely with a diverse range of union leaders.
