Dear UALE: Our faculty contact in Viet Nam, Hoang Thi Tuong Vinh, is looking for 5 US or Canadian labor people to interview for her disssertation which she is completing at the French univeresity, Sciences Po. She teaches in the Labor Relations Department at Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City where Joe Berry and other UALE members have spent various semesters. All of you who have done research understand that finding interview subjects is a real challenge, so you should sympathize with her in her effort. She speaks very good although accented English and would set up the interview to coordinate with uour time zone. We urge you to consider helping her out. You will learn from her as part of doing this, and you may even find yourself considering going and teaching there the way we did.
