Theme: Resist · Rebuild · Renew: Sowing Seeds of Solidarity This is a 5-day leadership development program that brings together rank-and-file members, staff, and officers to build the skills and knowledge needed to take on stronger leadership roles in their unions. Why it matters At a time when workers’ rights and collective bargaining are under attack, investing in leadership is critical.
