The E-Board has formed an ad-hoc personnel committee to conduct a performance evaluation of Alayna at the conclusion of her probationary period, and to review and recommend a new employment contract. I've been tasked with researching whether there are any forms or tools or structures for evaluating union Executive Directors (or comparable positions) that we might use as a model.
Do either of you have access to something like that? The internet reveals things about non-profit ED evaluations, but I'm wondering if there's something that you know of that's been used in our or another union before.
